In 2025, Sament Group supplied and installed a smoke and heat extraction system for Buildings 3 and 4 at the East Ring Logistics Park near Novi Han. This marks the second project Sament Group has executed within the complex. The scope included the supply and installation of roof-mounted smoke vents, smoke curtains to restrict the spread of combustion products, and an automatic control system.

The smoke exhaust systems at the complex are covered by a service and maintenance agreement with Sament Group.
