The specialization is in the direction of design implementation of architectural elements related to the exterior and interior design of the building:

- Second facade of architectural elements based on sheet metal with a different design or perforation

- Sun protection facade system

- Elements on the suspended facade of the building

- Internal architectural elements

A similar complex implementation was the exterior elements of the suspended glass facade of Park Lane Ofice Center, Sofia, Hladilnika district, implemented in 2020.
